In times of rapid change and challenges brought by globalization, lifelong education has become an imperative. Since 2012, ZSEM Business Academy, as part of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, has been organizing professional seminars, webinars, in-house training, programs, and conferences in marketing, management, finance, accounting, human resources management, logistics, business process optimization, strategic planning, IT, communication skills, and other areas that are an essential part of every modern business today.

Our programs bring together lecturers with many years of experience in academic work and collaboration with business communities, ensuring quality teaching based on relevant research and practical application.
Special value comes from collaboration with top international institutions, including Luxembourg School of Business, Ross Business School (University of Michigan), and SDA Bocconi.
Customized Programs and Resources
Programs are tailored to participants' needs, and optimal groups of 10 to 30 participants, depending on the program, enable interactive learning and the exchange of experiences. Training is held in modern classrooms equipped with contemporary teaching aids, with access to e-learning, including lecture recordings and digital books via the ebook024 platform.
Participants have access to current professional literature from MATE publishing house, while a certificate of successful program completion confirms acquired knowledge and skills. Additionally, participation in programs provides opportunities for networking within the domestic and international business community.
Quality Assurance System
In the quality assurance system, ZSEM Business Academy relies on frameworks and logic defined by ZSEM. In the second half of 2023, five learning outcomes were defined.

Seminars
Our one-day and multi-day seminars cover nearly all areas key to achieving business goals and continuous improvement, including management, finance, accounting, marketing, IT, communication skills, and human resources management.
Webinars
Our webinars are ideal for following trends and learning anywhere, anytime. They are usually held in the afternoon hours and use various platforms such as Zoom and Miro.
Mini MBA
Choose our Mini MBA programs: Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Leadership2030, or StartUp. Programs cover topics and trends presented by international lecturers with extensive experience.
In-house Training
Our in-house training is tailored to the specific needs of your company and the challenges you face in business. We actively follow digital trends and offer programs with computer simulations.
Auditor Professional Development
Since 2021, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, we conduct a professional development program for certified auditors. The program includes priority A topics in the field of accounting.
HEIC Conference
Since 2013, we have co-organized the Higher Education Institutions Conference (HEIC) with annual AACSB sponsorship. Between 2019 and 2023, approximately 200 individuals from 7 to 16 countries participated.
Learning Methods
To ensure knowledge acquisition and skill adaptation, ZSEM PA programs include a range of learning methods – from preparatory readings and testing to video lectures, simulations, educational games, discussions, and individual and group assignments.
E-Learning and Resource Access
To provide learning that goes beyond the classroom, ZSEM PA provides participants with access to electronic books from the partner institution Ebook024. In open enrollment lifelong learning programs, access is guaranteed for up to three months after completing the training.
Access to internal educational programs is available for up to 6 months, and more than 100 books are available to the client's employees.
HEIC.CRO
Higher Education Institutions Conference
The Higher Education Institutions Conference (HEIC), co-organized by ZSEM PA since 2013, tracks developments in higher education, with annual sponsorship from AACSB and other sponsors such as McGraw-Hill, Turnitin, and Pearson.
Between 2019 and 2023, approximately 200 individuals from various higher education institutions across 7 to 16 countries participated in panel discussions, talks, and paper presentations. During this period, 45 conference presentations and scientific papers were published.
